Just finished a crossword. The clue was "Oil source", six-letters, starting with C. Naturally, I wrote in Canada, as I was smart enough to know that they are one of the largest suppliers of oil to the US. It wasn't until several clues later that I realized the correct answer was "canola." So much for the value of knowledge of current petro-political positions...
